Narrowing the field

I have gone through all my images, first I removed any that I felt were not sharp enough , then I looked again and kept only the ones I am initially drawn to, this has narrowed the field extensively.

I have now also divided these selections into landscape and portrait and it appears I have far more in the landscape grouping so this may help me decide on my presentation format. I have also printed my selections onto copy paper , plus a few that didn’t quite meet the mark, so I can look at them over the next few days.

I have included a mixture of images as the assignment does state that each photograph must be a unique view or contain new information. I hope to include visual clues as to the person that called this home. The images taken using shutter speed I hope will portray his mental health and the other images will hopefully show his obsessions and loneliness as well as the poor conditions in which he lived. I have include the image of the plain white UPVC door as I am considering using this to show that you should never judge a book by its cover!
